NEST is led by partners Lauren and Frank Wickstead, whose complementary strengths shape the way we work. Lauren brings a thoughtful, client-centered approach grounded in communication, organization, and an eye for design. Frank draws on decades of experience in construction and a deep commitment to craftsmanship, building science, and collaborative project delivery.

Together, we guide projects with intention—working closely with homeowners, architects, and interior designers to keep design, budget, and construction aligned from the start.

Beyond custom residential construction, NEST is selectively engaged in residential development and consulting, partnering on projects where design integrity, feasibility, and execution must be considered together. We help shape projects early, advising on land development and zoning, constructability, budget alignment, and delivery strategy so that vision and execution remain connected throughout the process.
